If I could give Stock and Lock Blackpole ten stars, I would. In one of the worst year's of my life and dealing with serious and deteriorating health issues, they went above and beyond in support and help, communicating by email, telephone and when necessary in person. The branch also accepted dealing with a family member on my behalf when needed. Their replies were received in minutes at times, and I was not ever kept waiting for a prolonged period of time for a reply. I would recommend the branch and every staff member whom I dealt with to anyone who needs a storage service without any reservations at all.
