Firstly at short notice in very trying circumstances, Mat the manager at Stonehouse has been exceptional. Both in arranging a unit and presenting all the information Mat has been very professional and knowledgeable. Secondly, on turning up for the initial visit Mat was excellent at showing off the facility and helping with sorting everything out. Mat wouldn't look out of place as concierge at a 5 star hotel yet at the same time was friendly, smiling and immaculately turned out. You can tell that a lot of time and effort goes into helping people and ensuring the place looks and feels perfect. My hope is that the company rewards this individual for the pride and enthusiasm he displays.

Brilliant. My first time booking storage and couldn't be happier. The building is exceptionally clean, well maintained and professionally managed. Mat, the manager, is totally customer focused. He addressed all the questions and queries I had and exuded pride in the company. He also went out of his way to help me out at short notice when other companies couldn't be bothered to. The units are in immaculate condition and the facilities phenomenal, especially in comparison with others in the local area.
