Refund Policy

Thank you for placing a reservation with us at Stock N Lock Self Storage Ltd.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all reservations made on our website. If your plans change, and you no longer need the storage room, we will refund back your £10 reservation fee.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, please contact your chosen location directly via phone or email.

We will respond to your request within 48 hours and process your refund once the cancellation has been confirmed.

The £10 will be refunded to the card you made the booking with online, and once the refund has been processed, it will take up to 14 (usually around 3) working days to reach your bank account.
